Government is optimistic that commuters will be able to use the revamped railway line from NADAV SIMHONI LEAK href="http://rocketreach.co/nadav-simhoni-email_1565478">http://rocketreach.co/nadav-simhoni-email_1565478 Asoprochona to Tema from 1 July 2010.
The $16.5 million railway project is financed by the government of Ghana and supervised by an Israeli company Amandi Holding Limited.
The new line is expected to reduce the long hours commuters spend in queues and improve the overall rail transport system.
As part of the project, government has imported two new coaches each with a capacity of 660 passengers.
The coaches will commute passengers between the two points four times daily.

Mrs Attivor said government expects that the overhaul in the country's rail tracks will attract more investment.
